They detained Taylor Wardlaw to investigate his disappearance. According to officials, Eddie Brown (aged 30) is accused of being an accessory in his death. Sims 26, who was last seen Dec. 20 on Ervin Street in Columbia. According to police, Sims was the girlfriend of Wardlaw reported him missing Dec. 22. His body was discovered Sims was found this week near Monticello Road. Naida Ruterford who is the Richland County Coroner confirmed that the body had been found. Skip Holbrook, chief of Columbia Police says Wardlaw has been charged with murder as well with possessing a firearm during the commission of a violent crime. Sims was killed by multiple gunshot wounds, according to police. The Columbia Police Department's tweet soliciting help from the community.
